We had friends over during the weekend. And it also happens to be her big 4. So I took the chance to bake her a cake.

I am no baker as you all know. But I enjoy trying out new recipes.

And because this cookie cake of biscuit cake is some fancy thing now. I decided to give it a try.

The recipe is actually pretty easy to follow

And the effect is actually impressive.

The icing is made blue because I have blue macarons from last week’s bake. Then I just used whatever I have at home to decorate the cake. 🙂

I’m glad it taste not bad too. I have never eaten one before so I’m pretty curious how it is. Not bad. I would definitely bake it again for the boys.
